About

Liisa Hunter is an executive coach and consultant with over 20 years of experience in enterprise sales, marketing, and digital consulting. She has held leadership roles at Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat, building multi-million dollar partnership strategies with marketing executives. She helped scale teams during high-growth phases, driving 60–70% revenue growth quarter-over-quarter and year-over-year, through strategic partnerships and consultative sales.

Liisa has worked in Silicon Valley and New York, across Retail, Fashion, Technology, CPG, and Grocery/Drugstore sectors in consultative media sales. She has partnered with companies of all sizes to accelerate growth and product adoption. She’s led and coached high-performing sales and account management teams through every stage of the customer journey, with a focus on long-term success and cross-functional collaboration. She’s passionate about recruiting and mentoring talent, fostering inclusive cultures, and strengthening relationships both internally and externally.

In 2023, Liisa chose to focus on her young children and to study digital wellness. She volunteered with ScreenSense and KidsInRealLife Marin to support awareness around youth screen use and helped plan a countywide education symposium inspired by The Anxious Generation by Jonathan Haidt. She also completed Stanford Continuing Studies courses in Psychology, Tibetan Buddhism, Sleep Science and Consciousness, Mindful Parenting and Compassion Cultivation.

Perspective

I’ve been fortunate to work with outstanding coaches throughout my career, who taught me that perspective and a growth mindset are essential to both joy and success. My coaching approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and action. I help clients build resilience, deepen self-awareness, and lead with compassion and connection.

In addition to coaching, I consult on talent strategy and recruitment, drawing on a robust network of former colleagues and clients. I also provide thought leadership in areas such as organizational culture, consultative sales, and brand marketing.

Raised in England and Finland, I moved to California during middle school — an experience that shaped my adaptability and ability to thrive in dynamic, collaborative environments. I hold a B.A. in Communication from UC Santa Barbara, completed The Tuck Business Bridge Program at Dartmouth, and continue to study through Stanford’s Continuing Studies program.
